Cabbage-Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
5 Carrots3 onions2- 16 oz. cans whole peeled tomatoes1 large head of cabbage1 envelope dry onion soup mix1- 15 oz. can cut green beans2 quarts tomato juice2 green bell peppers, diced10 stalks celery, chopped1- 14 oz can beef broth (I use boullion + water)
Directions
Add everything in large pot and simmer until vegetables are tender.
