Ingredients
1 Cup of Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt3/4 Cup of Frozen Unsweetened Strawberries1/4 Cup of Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal (or amount desired)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Makes one serving
Can put strawberries and yogurt together the night before and mix cereal in when ready to eat.
Easy to take with you.
Good for breakfast, snack or dessert.
