Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti with ground turkey

Ingredients
Cut spaghetti squash in half, lengthwise and microwave each half for 9 minutes. Scoop out seed when cooked, then pull squash out with a fork. In a frying pan, add sliced mushrooms and sautee until they lose their liquid and become soft and tender, add chopped onions, sautee until fragerant, add ground turkey, cook until done, season with garlic powder and pepper, add tomato sauce, cook until heated through.Serve over spaghetti squash.
