Slow Cooker Vegetable beef soup

1 pound stew beef, cut into 1/2- inch cube1 14 1/2 can diced tomatoes2 medium onions, diced2 medium potatoes, diced3 cups water1/2 teaspoon black pepper3 beef bouillon cubes1 10-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover; cook on low 8 to 12 hours (High: 4 to 6 hours)
