Ingredients
1 Can Black Beans, drained & rinsed1/4 Red Onion, Chopped1 Large Tomato, Chopped1 Small Jalapeno or Chili Pepper, Minced1/2 Cup Fat Free Feta Cheese, Crumbled1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped1 Clove Garlic, Minced (or to taste)2 TBS Lemon Juice1 TBS Olive Oil
Directions
Mix Black Beans, Onion, Tomato, Jalapeno, Feta, Cilantro and Garlic in a bowl.

Whisk lemon Juice and Olive oil, pour over salad, mix & serve.
