Ingredients
1 frozen banana2 tablespoons sunflower butter1 1/2 cup coconut milk (almond milk is good, too)2 cups spinach2 pitted medjool datesJuice of 4 key limes1/4 teaspoon lime zest1/2 teaspoons vanilla2 teaspoons chia seeds5 ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender and enjoy! Add 1 T. Coconut Oil to keep you fuller longer.
