Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
1 Cup Diced Potatoes1 Tbsp Diced Onion1 Tsp Olive Oilsalt, pepper, and Paprika to taste
Directions
Fry seasoned potatoes in oil until they brown, add onions and stir until onions are transparent and beginning to brown. Remove to serving place.

Makes one serving.

Serving suggestion: Serve with 1 egg over easy, some fruit, and a glass of milk for a complete breakfast.
