Crockpot chicken chili

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts1 can corn undrained1 can rotel tomatoes with chilis1 can rinsed black beans1 packet ranch dressing mix1 t cumin1 T chili powder1/4 t cayenne pepper1/2 t garlic powder1/2 t black pepper1 8oz Nufchatel cheese2 minced garlic cloves1 T olive oil1 med onion
Directions
In skillet, heat oil and cook onions for 8 minutes then add garlic and cook for one minute. Set crockpot to low and add chicken, onions and garlic, and all other ingredients with the Nufchatel on top. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken prior to serving.
