Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
1 15.5 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained3 large eggs1 tablespoon oil1/4 cup cocoa powder1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla3/4 cup sugar1/2 teaspoon instant coffee1/2 cup Resse's Peanut Butter chips
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8X8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place all ingredients except peanut butter chips into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into baking dish. Top with half of peanut butter chips. Bake 30 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides. Melt remaining chips and drizzle over top of brownies. Cut when cooled.
