Broccoli rape & pasta

Ingredients
Bunch of Broccoli Rape1 clove garlic crushedpinch of red pepper5-6 tbsp of earth balance spread6 tbsp of olive oil1 lb of pastasalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Fill a 5 quart pot of water with water and bring it to a boil.

Saute broccoli rape with garlic & oil. Season it with salt, pepper, and a dash of red pepper. add approx 6 tbsp of earth balance spread or any lactose free spread.

Once the water comes to a boil add a lb of penne or any pasta you prefer and cook according to box directions. Reserve a mug filled with starchy water before draining.

Once it is cooked drain it thoroughly . Combine both the broccoli rape and pasta along with the starchy water to create a sauce
