Linguine with chicken carbonara

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces and tenderized2 4 0z pkgs diced prosciutto4 c fat free half and half1.5 c parmesan cheese2 tbsp. olive oil1/4 c chopped onion1 pkg cooked linguine
Directions
Place prsciutto in pan with olive oil. Add chicken pieces. Saute with onions till chicken is cooked thru. Add half and half and cheese and simmer. If sauce does not thicken you can add 1 tbsp. flour. Combine with pasta and serve
