1/2 cup canola oil (non GMO)1/2 cup honey1/2 cup maple syrup1/2 cup smooth peanut butter6 ounces prune juice1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground cloves1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix oil, honey, maple syrup, peanut butter, prune juice, and spices well in a blender.
In a large bowl mix oats, bran, and nuts. Add ingredients from blender. Mix until well coated.
Line 2 metal baking pans (19X12X1 1/4 inches) with parchment paper. Divide the granola equally between the 2 pans, spreading it in a single layer. Cook for approximately 1 hour stirring every 15 to 20 minutes. Once the granola is golden brown, remove from the oven. Cool and store in an airtight container.
