Honey, 4 tbsp Oat Bran, 200 Flour, white, 0.40 cup Apple, Gala (medium), 3 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup, 1 serving Mix Almond milk with oat bran and flour, add a spoon of baking powder. Cut apples in small pieces and add them to milk&oat mix. Put the mixture in the refrigirator for 15 minutes and then fry small pancakes on the frying pan. when ready - add one tbsp of honey on top.
Serving Size: makes around 20 small pancakes
