Fried Aubergine with bread crumbs

Ingredients
Aubergine (Fresh) Per 100g, 200 gram Margarine, hard, 4 tsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 40 grams
Directions
cut aubergine into slices,
melt margarine on the frying pan, add rosemary, salt, pepper. Fry aubergine for about 2 minutes each side.

Take out from the pan, sprinkle with crumbs (about 1 tsp/slice) & ready!

Serving Size: makes 10 slices of fried aubergine
