oatmeal with apples raisins & pecans

Ingredients
1/2 Gluten Free oatmeal1 C water1 C chopped apple2 Tbsp raisins2 Tbsp chopped pecans1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Cook oatmeal as package says. Add egg and stir briskly with fork or whisk till egg cooks and the white turns white. Add finely chopped apple, pecans, and whole raisins, and spice in the last 4 minutes of cooking.
