Kid-friendly Spicy Rice

Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped2Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 cup mushrooms, sliced1 can of tomato sauce1.5Tbsp Sugar in the Raw1 cup canned corn1 pkg Veggie Ground Round2 cups basmati rice (cooked)1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp coriander1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet and sautee onion and mushrooms about 5 mins. Add tomato sauce and the sugar, stir well. Add the seasonings, stir in well. Add the corn and crumble in the Veggie Ground Round, this only needs to heat through, if you over cook Veggie Ground Round it gets rubbery. Finally, add the rice and mix well, remove from heat and let stand for 5 mins before serving.
