Royal Blend rice, cookedbutterpeascorncarrotsbroccolichicken breastsoy sauceground gingercayenne pepper
Cook rice according to package instructions. Chill.
While rice is cooling, cut up cooked carrots and chicken. Microwave corn, peas and broccoli until warm.
Heat skillet and melt butter. Add cold rice and vegetables. Heat through. Add chicken. Add soy sauce, ginger and cayenne to taste. Stir until hot.
Serve hot.
