Apple- Mustard Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 Boneless pork chops1/2 cup chopped apples10 Ritz crackers (crushed)1/4 cup chopped pecans3 tbs Dijon mustered (divided)2 tbs Raisins
Directions
Slit pork chops to make pocket, set a side. Mix all ingredients except 1 tbs of mustard. Stuff pork chopps, secure with toothpick. Grill for 30 to 35 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Brush with remaining mustard.
