Ingredients
Fresh or frozen haddock portions (2)Fresh broccolidill weed peppergarlic onion flakes
Directions
Place each piece of haddock in its own parchment paper pouch, top with dill weed, onion flakes, garlic and pepper to taste. Cover with broccoli spears and close pouch.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 425 for 20 minutes or until fish is white and flaky.
