Ingredients
1.5 # ground chicken1 bulb fennel chopped1 cup carrot chopped2 - 3 stalks celery chopped1/2 bell pepper chopped1 medium red onion chopped1 zuccini chopped1 can diced tomato2.5 10.75 oz cans chicked broth
Directions
Brown ground chicken with olive oil or cooking spray add fresh veggies and simmer until softened. Add canned tomatoes and chicken broth. Simmer until desired consistency is reached.
