Protein-Packed Quiche

Ingredients
1C shredded 75% fat free Cabot Cheddar cheese1C frozen spinach, thawed3 eggs3 egg whites3 links Open Nature chicken sausage, chopped1/4C 2% milkSpices to taste (I like black pepper, cayenne) No need to add salt.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9 in pie plate with Pam. Mix ingredients and pour in to pie plate. Bake for 30-40 minutes until fully cooked (test with a toothpick). Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
