Chicken Cordon Bleu 4 Two

Ingredients
2 Skinless Bonelss Checken Breast (4-5 oz. each)2 Slices Black Forest Ham2 oz. Light Creamy Havarti Cheese1/2 tsp seasoning (chicken or steak)
Directions
Heat oven to 350.
Clean off two chicken breast and cut off all of the fat.
Place clear plastic over chicken and beat till very thin, but be careful not to beat a hole in it.... it is what I did the first time!
Roll 1 oz. of Havarti chesse in 1 slice of ham.
Place at one end of the flattened chicken and roll up, secure with a tootpick.
Season top of chicken with your choice of seasoning.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
Serve with honey mustard for an added flavor (not in nutritional information).
