One 4 oz. bar of Ghirardelli 60% cacao Bittersweet chocolate.half cup of fat free half and half.two tbsp. butterone tsp. light corn syrup.
heat the butter, half and half and corn syrup over med heat till it just boils. Remove from heat. Break up chocolate bar and immerse in cream mixture. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir to blend chocolate and then whisk to combine. Place in glass bowl in refrigerator. Stir every 15 minutes till firm. Form into one inch balls and refrigerate. These can be dipped in cocoa powder, colored sugar, melted chocolate, powdered sugar. Chopped nuts. Cocount. Toppings are not calculated for calories.
