Ingredients
Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin, 2 1/4 lbs.Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 1 cupEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 3/4 cup (3 eggs)*Salt - Table - 2.25 tsp. Pepper, black, .5 tsp. Saltine Crackers 1 cup, crushed Ginger, ground, .3/8 tsp.Brown Sugar Substitute- (same as 3/4 cup) Ketchup, Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup, 3/4 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, Lightly grease loaf pan, Press the brown sugar in bottom of loaf pan and spread the ketchup over the sugar. In mixing bowl mix the remaining ingredients and shape into loaf. Place on top of the ketchup and bake one hour or until juices run clear.
