Black bean quesadillas

Ingredients
6 corn tortillas1 can of black beanshalf of a green, yellow, red or orange pepper0.5 cup of corn4 tablespoons of cilantro1 bag of mexican shredded cheesesalt and pepper to tasteDrain beans in a strainer. Cut pepper into small pieces. Mix pepper, beans, corn, cilantro, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place tortilla in a hot pan, put bean mixture on the tortilla, add about 1/4 cup of cheese on top, the place another tortilla on top. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip over. Cook for another 2 minutes, enjoy!
