Place chicken breast in the bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste. Spoon cream of chicken over the chicken breast. Let chicken cook on low for 6-8 hours. Go to work and not have to worry what's for dinner!
