Cranberry-Apple Crisp

Ingredients
3 cups apples, peeled & chopped2 cups fresh cranberries (I used the entire bag)1/2 cup PLUS 2 Tablespoons Flour1 cup white sugar3 pkg apple cinnamon oatmeal (instant)1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup melted butter3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Combine apples, cranberries and 2 Tblsp of flour--coat well. Stir in White sugar and place in 2 qt. casserole dish.
Combine oatmeal, 1/2 c. flour, brown sugar, butter & pecans. Sprinkle on top of apple/cranberry mixture.
Bake 45 min at 350 degrees

Serving Size: Approx 3/4 cup each; makes a 9x13 inch pan
