Homemade Nut Granola

Ingredients
4 C oatmeal1/2 C raw almonds, chopped1/2 C raw pecans, chopped1/2 C pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)1/4 flax seed1/3 to 1/2 C honey1/3 to 1/2 C vegetable or canola oil
Directions
Mix oil and honey together, add remaining ingredients and stir to thoroughly coat.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally
