Toodles BBQ Country Ribs

Ingredients
1 2.5oz Seasoning packet2 pounds fresh country-style ribs2 Tbs cider vinegar1 1/4 Cups of water1 16oz can diced tomatoes 2 cups sweet peppers sliced or quartered2 Medium onions quartered or sliced
Directions
Mix water, seasoning packet,tomatoes & vinegar in a bowl set aside
Place ribs in slow cooker add peppers & onions and pour mixture over meat & vegetables place lid on cooker turn on high cook for 4 hrs or until pork is 165F
