Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Garbanzo Bean Cookies

Ingredients
Can of no sodium added Garbanzo BeansWhite Whole Wheat FlourNatural Peanut ButterHoneyChocolate Chips of your choice (I used Mini Chips from Enjoy Life)HoneySaltVanilla ExtractBaking Powder
Directions
You can do this a few ways and use your judgment this is what I did:

1. Rinse the garbanzo beans
2. Put them in a large bowl and puree with an immersion blender (You can also use a food processor or a really strong blender)
3. Add all the other ingredients aside from chocolate chips and mixed in a Kitchen Aid with the dough hook. (You can also mix in a food processor or with a hand mixer, etc.)
4. Added the chocolate chips chips in last

Serving Size: Makes 18 Cookies (2 Per serving)
