Amanda's Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup plain flour1/2 cup self raising flour1 cup brown sugar125g butter - melted and cooled2 eggs - whisked2-3 ripe bananas - mashed2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Directions
Pre heat over to 180 deg C. Grease and line a loaf tin.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl
Whisk melted butter and eggs together, then add bananas.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Spoon into tin and smooth the top.
Bake for 40-45 mins.



Serving Size: Makes a small loaf (8 nice thick slices)
