Clean Program Almond Butter Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour or meal1 cup almond or rice milkpinch of sea saltsplash of vanilla (optional)1/2 cup almond butter2 teaspoons cinnamoncoconut oilcashew or almond butter + fresh or frozen berries

Mix batter until well combined and almond flour is smooth. On high heat, bring a frying pan or griddle to a very warm temperature, add a teaspoon of coconut oil and let it melt, spreading on the pan to avoid sticking.

Lower heat to medium and with a measuring cup pour pancakes onto the pan/griddle and wait until they begin to bubble on top and then flip.

Serve warm with almond or cashew butter and fresh berries.
