Unhealthy Fried pork chops

Ingredients
white flour 1 cup1 egg1/2 cup milk2 tbsp crisco shortening4 center cut pork chops
Directions
in one bowl mix egg and milk together. In another bowl put in flour (spices can be added flour mixture- will have to recalculate for them). cover one pork chop at a time in flour. then dredge into the egg/milk mixture and then back to the flour. Meanwhile heat up crisco in pan. Fry pork chops until white in center and breading is brown.
