Slow Cooker Greek Chicken

Ingredients
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breastsjuice of one lemon4 cloves of garlic, chopped1 medium onion, diced3/4 c chicken stock/broth1 T oregano1 tsp sea salt1 T of Greek seasoning (from specialty spice shop) or lemon pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hrs. Shred (my favorite way is to use a stand mixer with paddle attachment) and serve as desired.
