mashed potato casserole

Ingredients
4 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed8 oz light cream cheese1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese2/3 c 2% milk2 tbsp buttersalt and pepper2 tbsp chopped chives
Directions
Cook potatoes until tender. mash and add cream cheese and 3/4 cup of the cheddar. mix well add the milk and butter, salt & petter & chives. Mix well.
Top with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 10 - 12 1 cup servings.
