Trinity's Spinach Omelette

Ingredients
Eggs, Mushrooms, Mozzarella, Spinach, Onion
Directions
1. Chop all vegetables.
2. Shred Cheese if needed
3. Combine vegetables pan with medium heat.
4. Add a tbs of water to the pan and cover to steam vegetables.
5. Set Vegetables aside
6. Mix eggs and fry as usual
7. Flip omelette and sprinkle cheese on top.
8. Once cheese has melted, slide omelette to a plate, top with veggies, and fold.
