Black Bean Tomato Corn Soup

Ingredients
Black bean tomato corn soup1 can Reduced sodium Beef broth1 can diced red tomatoes1 can corn (drained)1 can black beans1 tsp sugar1/2 small onion (more if u want)1 tbsp garlic (more if want)1 tsp oregano powder1 tsp Wooster 2 tsp sour cream (just to give body)1/2 tsp cumin powder (can leave out)1 shake of red pepper flakes2 tbsp olive oil (prevents sticking)Dash of salt (if needed, but remember, salt bloats us ladies!)
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except sour cream) and let come to a gentle boil (medium heat) for 20 mins. Stir in sour cream. Enjoy!
