Whole Wheat Corn Bread

Ingredients
Organic All-Purpose White Flour, .50 cup Flour, Whole Wheat,100% Stone Ground-Hodgson Mill .50 cup Organic Yellow Corn Meal, 1 cup Baking Powder - Rumford Aluminum Free, 1 tsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey (I use local honey), 4 tbsp Kretschmer Wheat Germ .50 cupSalt, .25 tsp Egg or egg substitute, 1 large Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp Silk Soy Milk, original, 1 cup
Directions
Combine all dry ingrediants in a bowl and mix well. Crack egg in seperate bowl and beat slightly, add vegetable oil, honey, soy milk and egg. Mix well. Prepare a 9.5x13 pan with oil or bakers joy. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
