Ingredients
Yummy veggie Stir Fry1 handful of whole wheat spaghetti1/2 cup shredded carrots1 cup brocolli1/2 pea pods1 cups sliced mushrooms4 Tbs Teryaki sauce1 tsp honey1/4 cup orange juice1 Tbs Sesame Oil2 tsp soy sauce1 Tbs Garlic (minced)4 Tbs of Cooking oil
Directions
Cook spaghetti

For the sauce

In a bowl mix Teryaki Sauce, Honey, Orange juice, sesame oil, soy sauce and garlic and whisk till blended set aside.

in wok or skillet heat cooking oil then add all vegitables and cook half way through, add sauce and cook once cooked through add pasta serve and enjoy.
