Curried Lentils

Ingredients
2 Shallots1can tomato paste 6 oz1 jalapeņo2 tsp ginger2 cloves garlic2 tsp cumin2 tsp coriander2 c veggie broth1 1/2 lentils1 can coconut milkHead cauliflowerBag frozen peas1tbsp lime juice1 c water
Directions
Mix shallots, tomato paste, jalapeņo, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, broth, water in blender.
Pour mix, coconut milk, lentils in slow cooker, put cauliflower on top. Cook 8 hrs on low.
Add peas and lime juice and serve.
