Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients
5 cans Aspargus drained8 Tbsp.Butter8 Tbsp. Flour4 cups Milk2 cups shredded Mild Cheese1 cup Cracker crumbs3 large Hard Bolied Eggs sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350% F
In a saucepan melt butter add flour makd a rue or paste. Add cold milk cook until thicken.Add cheese.
In a 2qt. casserole pan add Aspargus ( if useing canned drain) pour cheese sauce over the Aspargus, add cracker crumbs and sliced eggs.Cook for 30 minutes.and serve
