Ingredients
Cumin seed, 2 tsp(remove)*ground tumeric, 1 tsp(remove)Ginger Root, 2 tsp(remove)*grated lemon rind, 1 tsp(remove)Lemon juice, 1 tbsp(remove)*Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp(remove)Just Chilli - Crushed Chilli, 10 gram(s)(remove)Haddock (fish), 500 grams(remove)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C.
Coat a flat oven tray with cooking spray.
Combine the cumin, tumeric, ginger, lemon rind & juice, coriander, chilli together in a bowl.
place the fish on the tray and spread mixture over the top.
Cook in the oven until fish is cooked through.
