Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1/2 c. onion1/2 c. carrot1/2 c. pepper3/4 c cooked quinoa1/2 c. almond milk1 egg
Directions
mix all the ingredients together well until blended, place into greased muffin pan and cook for 40 minutes or until internal temperature of 160 degrees
