Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 organic raw egg at room temperature1 tsp. dry mustard1 T. rice vinegardash paprika or cayenne pepper1/2 tsp. celtic sea salt1 1/4 c. walnut oil (or lite olive oil)
Directions
Place all ingredients with the exception of 1/4 c. of the oil in a large mouth jar. Using an immersion/stick blender, blend until thick and creamy; slowly incorporate the remaining oil until blended. Refrigerate.
