Simple Low Carb Tuna Salad Melt

1 can of tuna in water, drained1 Hard or Soft boiled egg, chopped into small pieces4 tbsp mayonnaise1/8 tsp celery seed1/8 tsp garlic powderblack pepper to taste2 medium slices tomato2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the tuna, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings. If you like a creamier salad, add more mayonnaise.
Spoon tuna salad onto tomato slices, sprinkle divided cheese onto both tuna/tomato slices.
Bake slices just until cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
