4 Egg Whites from hard boiled eggs 1 egg yoke 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1/2 tsp Cilantro, dried, 1/2 tsp Minced Onion 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar Water - enough to make creamy
Directions
Mix egg yoke with ingredients and pour over chopped egg whites
