Honey Cookies (no fat)

Ingredients
2 eggs1 c splenda1 c honey1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tbsp ginger1 tbsp cinnamon3 3/4 c flour
Directions
Beat the eggs, splenda and honey together, Sift the dry ingredients and add to the wet and mix well. Chill the dough. Roll to approx 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick and cut with cookie cutters. Back on lightly sprayed pan, 7 to 8 1/2 minutes at 350 F. Using round, 2 1/2 inch cutter, makes 87 cookies - do not overbake or they become hard.
