Beet Red Salad

Ingredients
1 head red cabbage, shredded3 large beets, peeled and shredded (raw)3 large carrots, shredded1 red onion, shredded3 Tbsp Tahini (sesame butter)2 Tbsp soy saucesalt/pepper to taste
Directions
Shred vegetables (a food processor can help make this quicker!). Toss the shredded vegetables with the Tahini and soy sauce. Add salt/pepper to taste.
