Crock Pot Chicken Soup

Ingredients
boneless chicken breast, 1 lb.frozen mixed vegetables, 10 oz. bagtomato paste - 1/4 cupwaterdash of salt
Directions
Thoroughly wash chicken and place in crock pot. Add enough water to cover chicken and then add 1-2 cups extra. Add tomato paste, salt and mixed vegetables. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, low for 6 hours. You may wish to add more salt, depending upon your taste. Makes about 8 servings. Make a pot and freeze for later!
