Fiber One Banana Berry Smoothies

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Fat-Free Yogurt1 cup frozen Mixed Berries1/2 small Banana1/2 cup Fat-Free Milk (skim)1/2 cup Orange Juice2 Tbs Fiber One Cereal
Directions
1. In blender, place all ingredients, except Fiber One. Cover; blend on high speed 10 seconds.
2. Scrape down sides of blender, add Fiber One. Cover; blend about 20 seconds longer or until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.


Serves 2


For a smoother consistency, crush the Fiber One cereal before adding to the blender.
